SuperTalk Mississippi interviews me about Hurricane Isaac

I had the pleasure recently to get interviewed on the Marshall Ramsey Show on SuperTalk Mississippi (supertalk.fm). Marshall asked me to come on his show to discuss a piece I wrote about what I call the hybrid model of news — a mix of traditional and citizen journalism — that I think we will see more of in the future. I wrote about how coverage of the recent Hurricane Isaac that rocked southern Mississippi and southeast Louisiana in August showcased this model. My piece appears on this blog, as well as at Harvard University’s Nieman Journalism Lab. You can listen to Marshall’s whole show by searching SuperTalk’s archives here. (Search for Sept. 7, 2012 and then look for my name.) Or you can read a version I edited to include just the 15 or so minutes featuring my interview:  SuperTalk Mississippi Interview
