		<description>There are almost always openings for journalism teachers at the high school level.  The drop out rate for journalism teachers is high because most don&#039;t come from journalism.  They come from PR or English.  Real journalists won&#039;t be fazed by the deadlines.   

But teaching is a challenging profession, not unlike journalism.  The hours are often better and the pay is not as bad as being unemployed.
